| This place still feels like a furniture shop.
Also, the range of stock they have at the moment seems to be a bit on the sparse side. I hope that I will be pleasantly suprised by this place. The staff as allways are reasonably nice human beings, which is a start. |

| Scotlands biggest selection of lip service... oh I dont think so! This place is worse than the other one, if they put less effort into the window desplay and more into their stock it maybe slighly good.... even the other wee pokey shop is better. I was not impressed! |

| I ordered a pair of boots from this retailer on the twelfth of december last year, from the end of january I have been repeatedly told that the order was "being held by customs". Having today contacted new rock I have been told
A. the boots I ordered aren't produced in my size and that B. their shipments are never/extremely rarely held by customs and certainly not for three months.
If anyone from/Associated with hellfire reads this please absorb the fact that misleading your customers/staff is an excellent way to lose business. |

| I was in here for the first time in a long while yesterday. Although there are a few luvly items such as the jewellery and some gorgeous clothes, everything is so over-priced,I've no idea how they've managed to stay open. They're trying to sell trousers (which arent all that great)for around £64.99. I am a bit of a cheapskate. But even so.These prices are ridiculous and I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone. I do still love the smaller Hellfire round the corner from flip, although I can't say I buy much from there either. If both shops halved their prices they would be sold out in a few weeks and would attract alot more business. |

| In Queen St opposite the Glasgow Art Museum with Living Dead dolls in the window to shock elderly passers-by. Fair selection of gothy clothes, mainly aiming at younger girlies and Avril Lavine wannabes. Nice set of Nu Rocks. |
