| I've ordered stuff from here a couple of times and I'm impressed. The website's really clear & easy to navigate. The clothes are the sizes they say they are and there's a easy to read sizing chart if you're not sure. There's a wide variety of clothes too, something for everybody (even cyber wear) including boots and small helping of jewellery and I think it's reasonably priced too. They let you know when your stuff's going to be posted and the couple of times I've ordered, the clothes have arrived well within a month. I'd recommend it. |

| I ordered a top on 15 September and it arrived on 27 September, that's only 2 weeks so that's not bad going, and it's what I ordered too. I did order by credit card so I'm not sure what delivery if paying by cheque is like. |

| Just a few words of warning to anyone considering ordering from these people.
A few weeks prior to Christmas last year I ordered a pair of purple glitter boots from Dracinabox as a christmas present for my other half.
In April the boots finally arrived, faulty and not the size they claimed to be. After contacting Dorian at Dracinabox we were advised to send them back and postage would be refunded to the credit card. No refund was ever made.
On the 4th of this month after repeated emails, we were then told that if the replacement boots were not available by the 8th, then a full refund would be made.
No refund was made.
This week I have to undertake the highly unpalatable task of informing the credit card company and trading standards of this whole saga, in the hope of getting our money back.
What really pisses me off is that you can still order the same boots on the web site with a quoted order time of 6 to 8 weeks!
Please, think twice before ordering.

| We had exactly the same sort of problem with the boots that my other half ordered for me. They did arrive on time, hovever they were much to small so we contacted Dracinabox and they told us to send them back and they would send out another size. That was in jan, and lo and behold, 4 months later - Still no boots despite various emails and threats of trading standards. Finally we could not be bothered to wait anymore so we asked for a refund. Took there time over that as well.
Beware, obviously there is problems buying boots and shoes from them. |

| They're in the middle of a big update to the website, its looking great so far but it'll be even better when its finished! I recently ordered a corset from them and was told it would arrive within 4 weeks, it turned up in the 3rd week :) I continue to be impressed by the friendly service and gorgeous stock at fair prices. |

| I ordered a skirt and a top from them in February, and was told they would arrive within 4 weeks. It has now been six months (yes, SIX MONTHS) and I have not yet received the clothes I ordered. After about four months of waiting, they told me they couldn't find the material to make the skirt, but that I would get a refund, and that they would send the top "shortly". I finally received the refund for the skirt two weeks ago, but there is still no sign of the top. I'm seriously considering going to Trading Standards, because this is totally unacceptable. |

| My boyfriend ordered me a dress from the site for my birthday (in October). It has been 2 months now and they have ignored phone calls, messages, e-mails......until he threatened them with legal action. Apparantly they flipped out and promised to resolve everything today. Shoddy service. I wouldn't be surprised if they were just taking orders on things they never had in stock just to collect interest on money for the orders, before finally refunding the long-suffering customers. I have advised all of my friends to steer clear of this company. Not impressed. |
