| Description | Formed by disgruntled London members of the now-defunct Vampyre Society a few years back, the London Vampyre Group is conprised of Goths, dressed-up fans and "normal folk" who all have one thing in common - a love of vampires. A year's membership is £15, but it's well worth the money if you're bang into vampires and want to drink (booze, not blood!) and chat with like-minded souls. Note that this is a group for vampire enthusiasts, not those who believe they are vampires or misguided souls seeking to be "turned into" vampires! The LVG also publish a rather nice little magazine, 'The Chronicles', which can be bought directly from them or from stores like Forbidden Planet. They organise tons of London events too - see their site for details. |

| Great choice of a pub for such an event, with all the gothic and alchemy type decor plus strange screams coming from the toilets. A lot of the people who attend this meeting also attend the Vampyre Connexion, and vice-verca. Membership not entirely nessisary. Great for Vampire enthusiast, whether they go for the look or just like the movies and/or books. Also hosts some great events throughout the year at various places over London. |
