Another top-notch release from the ever impressive Project Pitchfork. Alpha Omega could be hailed as the album where Pitchfork really defined their own sound, industrial soundscapes with gothic undertones. I can't find any particular stand out moment on this record, the whole things consistently good. Darkwave dance beats and moodier numbers make it an enjoyable thrill-ride through out.

Daimonion

Daimonion itself is a stomping slower tempo track that's making inroads in the european clubs. Timekiller is rapidly becoming a floorfiller all over... "What's realit compared to me" is a dazzling display of lyrical ego that matches the intensity of this, their most accessible album to date. They are getting less and less dark, but no less likeable as they mature into a serious EBM-pop contender. And they have a live drummer :)

Probably Pitchfork's most consistent early album. The third one, linking a wealth of good tracks with interconnecting instrumental interludes. This album had great presence in clubs during the late 90s (five years after its release!) with such hits as Entity, the original Souls, Pan, Song of the Winds and Hell (mistakenly named Bell throughout websites - damned font!)
Most of the top tracks on this are included in the "Early Years" retrospective, and deservedly so, but this is still a good album for the experience of traversing it from end to end.

this is a killer album - its got everything thats good about EBM and packaged it into one blinding disc - from the deeply psychotic sounding carnival to the more chilled "exhalation" of i live your dream, theres something for everyone here - even the stomping floorfiller steelrose is worth a listen - not something you normally hear me say about popular tracks!

Another patchy album fropm the pitchies, widely attributed to Peter Spilles' girlfriend getting too involved in the process ;) Carrion and Renascence are decent, Io passable, the rest forgettable. Get the tracks from Early Years and leave it at that, i say!

The EP that brought them fame, if only for that Souls remake. This is a release to accompany Entities, their best early album, which is also a must-buy if you like this. Slower and more laid back side of Pitchfork, in general, but still good.
