It costs £1.50 to get in now, but it's got even worse. It mostly plays Limp Bizkit, pop-punk & crap ska covers of crap pop songs.

The only place you can really go in Stockton, sob. What a terrible state of affairs. I would expect nothing better though.

The Georgian seems to have become the last alternative place in Stockton since the WaterFront closed. Was the a week or to ago entrance £2 which is good music seemed to be mainly skate but the bar still has its friendly apeel

The georgian now seems to be full of *i love slipknot fans*and choice of music is lacking as they maintly play korn, slipknot, papa roach etc..all the bands with now seem to kool to tv etc.(believe me their not).More range of different music and not the same songs everyweek, it might get better.

The Georgian is slowly starting to pick up again:) Not as much nu-metal stuff now. Tho i guess it depends on what genre you prefer. It's not the only place to go tho, on a Friday night there's also a rock/metal night at one of the pubs just off the highstreet, same side street as the Dusk Till Dawn Winebar(that names just asking for jokers). I forgot the pub name tho but you cant miss it, it's certainly loud enough:)

The Georgian has gone 18+ which makes a big difference (in that there are not screaming kids outside, throwing bottles and acting all grown up). New management, too). Friday rocks, and I can uually be found in there before I head over to the Wobbly Goblin! =)
