Comment:	Made the mistake of coming here on a Saturday night, but where else does one go in Rugbo? A bit tricky to find at first - just a white door straight out onto the street. Almost apologetic staff greeted me once inside. A motley collection of souls were assorted inside - a huddle of bored looking stoner skateniks and a dozen aging rockers doing that thumbs-in-belt-loops-left-right-left-RIGHT dance graced the dance floor. Maybe I’ll return one Friday night to see if there’s any improvement.
