Regularly features guest DJs from all over the region, so quality and variety assured!

Black Sheep started life as "The Sunday Club" at the notorious Le Phonographique, and is probably the longest running goth night in the country!

We've had a somewhat unplanned break over summer due to the Subculture closing, but the good news is that we're back from Sunday 19th September 2010 at Santiago's!

The Sheep site has moved!! The up-to-date and official (yeah, right!) version now lives in its own lovely domain: www.sheepish.net. Currently held together by string and a dead rat, it isn't really any different to before, but that will soon change, honest... While I'm here, Dom (Black Veil) is guest DJ this sunday, so see you all there!

Resident DJ Paul will happily play requests as long as they're vaguely goth (and even that is flexible at times)...but you're guaranteed a good night out. I wouldn't be anywhere else on a Sunday evening...

I used to love this night when I lived up North! Friendly people and barstaff, varied music catering for all areas of the Goth scene without too much cheezy stuff. Was great for post-Wendyhouse chilling as I recall :>). Must come here again.

Held in The Club Where It All Began (tm), Black Sheep is eclectic, fun, flirtatious, friendly, and never takes itself too seriously. Every week there is a guest DJ, from local rising stars to big names in the goth scene, and Paul will happily play requests. Also check out the website (www.sheepish.net) for discussion forums and regular news. Definitely the best place to be on Sunday nights.

How does that old car advert not go again: "The Sheep goes from strength to strength!" :-) Well, it was certainly good last night, very lively, a decent turn out (actually a superb turn out for a Wendyhouse weekend), the guest DJ played some interesting stuff, followed with lots of decent danceables from Paul from half nine till the end of the night. Our crowd made friends with a few new faces too - roll on next week!
