Description	On every Saturday. 2 floors, ground floor is indie/grunge/punk. The basement, (when Madball is open) plays heavy metal/goth/industrial. Before 11:00pm Pints and other drinks are £1.50. If you can get a leaflet thing, it's £3 entrance for two people each instead of £5. Good atmosphere, not the most hardcore place on earth, cheap drinks.

Comment:	Young and lively sceen, cheap drinks and cool people and music. They are starting to get a bit strict with ID so if you look under-age get one.

Comment:	This club has both good points...and bad points. I dont have much experience of upstairs, normally opting to just run downstairs. But from my limited experience it mostly seems to be light techno, ska, indie and a few metal songs, but nothing major. Downstairs on the other hand normally has a good selection playing good metal bands, few hardcore bands (if thats your thing) and other assorted atrocities (tenacious d..every single..week.) Generally people are friendly, one thing to watch out for though is the totally slack security, on more than one occasion theyve been totally useless (such as not attempting to stop hardcore dancers swinging around and practically beating the shit out of numerous people, also rendering me with a black eye :-/) Before 11 drinks are cheap, so I suggest if you're going to get pissed, stock up. Take a flyer too for cheap entry. Generally the atmosphere is good, and people are friendly, its a fun place to go if you dont have much money and plan on just being pissed.
