DescriptionLarge venue with a curiously tiny dancefloor. Music is presided over by DJ Ants. A mish-mash of nu-metal and [generally more modern] rock tunes. He claims to play 100% of requests so taking a choice CD or two may bear fruit.

The night I went there was a nice contingent of goths there [about half a dozen, which is very good for Grimsby]. Admittedly, that will probably be reduced when the Universities resume in September.

Has a really cool window looking out over the Grimsby night. Perfect if you wanna look all brooding and deep like some bad guy from an anime movie.

Strangely, they apparently don't have the pumps installed yet [despite there baing a load of pumps at the bar] though bottles are reasonably priced. A bottle of Toohey's cost me about £1.00 - £1.50 [can't remember precisely, I was drunk].

Opening HoursEvery Thursday, 10pm - 2am.

Rock nite has moved to a tuesday which is a tad annoying as it clashes with Gullies student nite but means theres more choice so..

Surfers has really picked up now, it was absolutely packed last night! Ok so not really very goth at all but quite metal and lots of fun!

Is there any alternative club in grimsby that doesn't have a tiny dancefloor? Music isn't progressive when ppl are unable to express themsevles properly.
