Occasionally, there's the Restrospective night on Thursdays which is mostly 80's music and more glammy than gothy, but hey... |

| I take it back! seems as since Barracudas has closed down...they've had to review their music policy somewhat! (about bloody time!) okay, so theres still not much goth, but who cares! theres a real good atmosphere now, the dancefloor is constantly packed all night..never thought i'd hear myself say this..but the best clubnight in Lincoln atm.! well done! |

| from a regular goth at sugarcubes, i have to agree with the lack of goth music. and goth people. so few of us there. normally expect one or two sisters songs, not much else, unless u ask for it, though they have never played me any android lust, which i often ask for. alot of nu metal is played, so if u dislike it, stay away, though it is usually a good night |

| What I have seen of sugarcubes so far isn't much at all...going by the above comment..yes lots of bad bad nu metal. retrospective isn't too bad. Though the last one seemed to have a somewhat marilyn manson theme going on rather than a trad night...hmmmm quite disappointing |

| well... cubes has kinda become my second home as such in Lincoln, unfortunatly nowhere close is a real alternative (apart from barracudas on Wednesdays). Saturdays being by far the best nights as Fridays seem to be mainly Nu and Ska theme'd. At least on Saturdays its more old and dark theme'd. |

| I have to say, i walked into Coalchamber and Cradle of Filth, left to Ska and various other Punk. Amusingly enough i saw the setlist (mostly what people had written down as requests) and hardly any of them were played. Most dissapointing. |

| Came up when visiting a friend, and had a good time, but mainly because I was well up for a good time. I could see how this place could get a little boring on a weekly basis, but can't argue with music or atmosphere on the whole. Amazingly, it wasn't expensive an the staff seem uncommonly friendly, always a plus! |

Falling apart chairs, sound system crashed and they serve the booze in cans!
However, very - very - very cheap - Can text in requests allthough i didnt get any played :D |
