Description	This is a good club which holds it's own gigs, with a impressive history. Annual membership cost £1 and entitles members to discounted door prices for most gigs. Bands that have performed at The Square in the past include Oasis, Muse and Rachel Stamp. There is also an event called "Rock School" which is a youth music project organised by Essex Youth Services. The project is aimed at introducing young people to performing music, in both live and studio environments.
