Best described as the result of a 'fromage a trois' between metal, disco and EBM, 'Confessions...' is as good a place to start as any. It features a damn fine version of 'Kooler Than Jesus', even if the rest of the album is not quite up to par. Similar to some of the earlier KMFDM material, but not really. Passes a dreary afternoon nicely, would recommend. 6/10

Superb 1950's US mondo tribute/parody. Think of a sleazier B-52s.

Possibly the darkest "old skool electronic dance" album ever. This was TKK's debut album which was released in 1988 and it was a great debut at that. Featuring songs about heresy to easy girls to universal blackness to what the devil does and the gateway to hell, it's definately a humouress outlook on the world we live in. It's a great album that will make your hairs stand on end. Do You Fear For Your Child and And This Is What The Devil Does were big club hits in the goth/industrial scene and rightly so. If your looking for a decent "dark 80's old skool electronic dance" album, then look no further then this little gem. Rumours have it that the band were originally called "I See Good Spirits And I See Bad Spirits" and this album was originally meant to be a soundtrack to a film called "My Life With The Thrill Kill Kult".
Now how ironic would it be if that little rumour was true?

This album is so good it brings tears to your eyes. Criminally hard to get hold of but worth chasing. Its obvious why the same kiddies who loved White Zombie and NIN got into My Life With the Thrill Kill Kult.. that early industrial sound with the electronic edge, the surreal mix of samples... its genius.
