Description, by fatalist

Emerging from the wake of Industrial music's early 90's commercial breakthrough were Jared Louche and Dylan Thomas, better known as Chemlab, and have an Industrial sound that bounces around somewhere between NIN and Skinny Puppy.
Responsible for only a few releases, Chemlab's dark and inventive music reflects when Industrial metal was at it's peak, and although the band no longer exists, they certainly made their mark on the scene.
Dancey electro beats covered in crushing guitar riffs accompany Jared's own discerning personal issues perfectly. Anyone interested in Industrial music should have at least one Chemlab album in their collection.

I have only discovered Chemlab recently, but two songs of this album, Suicide Jag and Chemical Halo are two very good exampled of Chemlab's industrial power. I strong reccomendation for those tracks alone.

East Side Militia

East Side Militia is nowhere near as good as it's predecessor "Burnout At The Hydrogen Bar", but tracks like "Exile On Mainline" and "Vera Blue" are some of the best theve ever done. It sounds very "Manga" and some of the tracks would have done fine in a "Manga" movie soundtrack. My advice is to buy "Burnout At The Hydrogen Bar" first.
